Lets Celebrate Birthdays

I think January is a perfect time to get set up for all the birthday cards I want to send this year.  At least for the first half of the year anyway.  And what better way to start than with the new Perrenial Birthday Kit

There are three styles of cards, 4 each, with one being totally suitable for the guys in my life.  Not only are the cards adorable, but the box is too too cute and will last for year to come. I started by filling it with all the cards from the kit, then started making more birthday cards to fill it.

I love the new Waterfront stamp set and all the possibilities.  For my first attempt with this set I used the Occasions catalog as my guide combining the two samples on page 48.  The Happy Birthday stamp came from the Cake Soiree stamp set.

Still plenty of room to write a message at the bottom.

Now to determine the special person who will receive this card this year.
